"Reservation didn’t really make a difference"
I assumed having a reservation meant we’d be seated quickly, but nope, we still ended up waiting forever. Maybe they were short-staffed or overbooked, but it kind of defeated the point of booking ahead.

"Could Be More Welcoming for New Shooters"
As a newer shooter, I was hoping for a little more patience and guidance. Everyone has to start somewhere, and it would’ve been nice to feel like asking basic questions wasn’t a bother. The place might be fine for people who already know what they’re doing, but for beginners, the support felt lacking.

"Waited forever and my return still wasn’t fixed"
I had a really frustrating experience trying to return my item. I ended up waiting in the queue for way too long, and after all that, nobody really seemed willing or able to help. The whole return process was a mess, and the issue still never got properly fixed.

"Save your time, rental gun experience wasn’t great"
I’d save your time if you’re planning to rent a gun here. The staff seemed rushed, and the whole experience just didn’t feel very helpful or welcoming.

"Felt brushed off when I asked questions"
I stopped in to ask about a handgun I was interested in, and the whole experience was frustrating. I talked to a few staff members and got three different answers, which made it feel like they were just guessing instead of actually helping. On top of that, I kind of felt dismissed when I tried to get clarification, like my questions were more of an inconvenience than anything. Not a great visit overall.

"Instructor could’ve been more professional"
I took a class at Frontier Justice, and to be honest, the instructor just didn’t feel all that professional to me. He definitely knew the material, but the way he talked to people came across a little short and impatient, and it made it kind of uncomfortable at times.

I’m sure some people probably had a better experience, but I didn’t really feel comfortable asking questions. For what the class costs, I expected a bit more respect and a better attitude. It was still useful, but overall it wasn’t the best experience for me.

"The membership perks sounded way better than they were"
I signed up thinking the membership perks would actually be useful, but they felt pointless. The wording made it sound like you were getting a lot more value than what you really get, which was frustrating.

"The training class really wasn’t worth it"
I was disappointed with the training class because the instructor rushed through everything so fast and barely stopped to explain anything, I kept thinking it would slow down and start making sense but it never really did, so by the end I felt like I hadn’t learned much at all.

"Not exactly the warmest welcome"
I went in just wanting to browse a bit and maybe ask a couple of basic questions, which I don’t think is unreasonable. But the staff acted like I was bothering them just by being there. The answers were super short, nobody seemed interested in helping, and I felt like I had to justify asking normal customer questions. Maybe they were having an off day, sure, but I still don’t think people should be made to feel awkward for trying to shop. I ended up leaving quickly, and I really don’t see myself going back.

"I was browsing frontier-justice.com for accessories and..."
I was browsing frontier-justice.com for accessories and apparel the other day, or maybe it was last week, I can’t remember, and the selection just felt limited. A bunch of the stuff I was hoping to find either wasn’t there or only had a couple options. Sizes and styles seemed kind of picked over too. I guess it’s okay if you just need something really basic, but I didn’t really see much that made me want to place an order. Kind of disappointing overall.

"Maybe it’s just me, but the prices felt high"
Maybe it’s just me, but I felt like it was way too expensive for what you actually get. I went in expecting a little more value, but a lot of things seemed marked up, and the overall experience didn’t really make the cost feel worth it. I’m sure some people might not mind it, but I personally left feeling like I paid more than I should have.

"I went in hoping for a normal range..."
I went in hoping for a normal range day but the safety side of things felt a bit off. I just didn’t feel totally comfortable while I was there and it made it hard to relax or enjoy the experience.

"Selection felt limited to me"
I checked out frontier-justice.com hoping to browse a solid range of firearms, but i was a bit disappointed. I’ll admit I’m picky and like having a lot of options to compare before I buy, and the site just didn’t have as much as I expected. A few things I was interested in either weren’t there or the choices felt limited. It might be fine if you’re looking for something basic, but for me, there wasn’t enough to make me want to come back.

"Customer service took a vacation, apparently"
I reached out to customer service a few times about my order, and the responses were either painfully slow or just didn’t come at all. Always nice to feel like you’re shouting into the void when you actually need help. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes me want to come back, so I won’t be using them again.

"Had a bad feeling during checkout, and it didn’t get much better"
The checkout process just felt off to me from the start. I kept getting the sense that something wasn’t going through properly, and it was frustrating not really knowing what was happening. Then the background check took longer than I expected and wasn’t explained very clearly, so I ended up checking for updates way too often. Maybe other people have a smoother experience, but for me, the whole order felt like more of a hassle than it should’ve been.

"Range could’ve used literally any cleanup"
I went in to shoot, and the range area was kind of gross. There was brass and random trash on the floor, the benches were sticky, and it had that “we’ll get to it eventually” look, which is always super reassuring.

The lanes also smelled worse than usual, like old dust, grime, and neglect had all teamed up. I get that ranges aren’t supposed to be spotless, obviously, but this felt way past normal wear and tear.

For what they charge, I don’t think expecting basic cleanup is asking too much. I ended up leaving earlier than planned, and shockingly, I’m not exactly rushing to go back.

"Didn’t feel super comfortable"
The place looked fine at first, but the vibe felt a little tense and not that welcoming. The seats weren’t very comfy either, and it all felt kind of cramped. I guess I just expected it to feel nicer with how much people hype it up.
